Brodowicz tells the boys that propaganda is the goal of the action in Berlin. The task is to plant a bomb on the Keiserstrasse station. Władek convinces Bronek not to tell Krawiec that they saw Janek with the Gestapo men in front of the cafe. Władek reminds Bronek that he himself was once wrongly accused of treason.
