Povestea, pe scurt a filmului - In Engleza - Tracy is a normal 13-year-old trying to make it in school. After befriending the most popular girl at school, Evie, Tracy's world is turned upside down when Evie introduces her to a world of sex, drugs and cash. But it isn't long before Tracy's new world and attitude finally takes a toll on her, her family, and old friends.

I have watched this about 10 times over the years. Evan Rachel Wood and Nikki Reed had such chemistry together on-screen and they ended up making one hell of a movie. It deals with real life stuff your teen could possibly face if they are corrupted by the wrong person or hang around with people that don’t have their best interests at heart. It’s better to keep to yourself and have a few friends and focus on your studies/school than to change who you are. I’ve always been my own person, a leader and not a follower. This movie was emotional, powerful, the real deal that can happen to anyone’s kid that is going through their own kinds of problems and can’t talk about it. Then there was the cutting, poor Tracy I think she felt alone even with Evie around and with her parents divorced that hit her hard. Anyways, this had an amazing storyline with such a strong and cast and was very powerful, dramatic and gripping. It shows what can happen to you/your personality/your image and how people can view you when you are hanging around with the wrong crowd. Stellar performances by Holly Hunter, Evan Rachel Wood and Nikki Reed. Poor Tracy went from such a sweet naive good-hearted girl and changed who she was just to fit in with a popular girl who would corrupt anyone. She was no good and nothing but trouble and for her and her guardian Brooke to put all the blame on Tracy in the end was complete BS! Anyways 10/10 movie, definitely take the time to watch it! It’s truly amazing!
