It's Christmas time, and Debra learns it may be better to receive when she gets a tip from Hannah's father... one that could lead to incriminating Dexter in a crime. Meanwhile, Dexter discovers that the man behind his mother's death has been released from prison.

This episode was so good and Dexter had to make an extremely difficult and painful decision at the end of the episode. Then there’s LaGuerta who is closing in on Dexter (which I hope she doesn’t find out that he’s the Bay Harbor Butcher). I NEVER LIKED HER SINCE SEASON ONE, SHE IS A KNOW IT ALL, THINKS SHE’S BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE, STUCK UP/SNOBBY. This episode was really good; emotional and also had some intense moments with some of the other charactersl
