It is the day before Dexter's wedding and Dexter must deal with two people targeting him, while preparing for his special occasion. Meanwhile, Angel tells Deb he's put her in for a promotion, but after he finds out some information her shield may be gone before she gets it.

All I can say about season 3 is that it was terrible! From beginning until almost the very end, it was the worst season! Season 1, 2, 4, and so far season 5 is really good. But if you really want to watch the season in order than I suppose you will have to watch it, but if I could do it all over again, I would have chosen to have skipped the entire season. I found myself falling asleep and the extra characters they threw in there to make the plot for this third season were so dry/boring as hell. Just my opinion though, and there wasn’t any excitement at all, not even the finale. At least with everything else that I have watched has been really good!
