I am not going to give out any spoilers, but this episode was amazing! I cried quite a bit, but it was also a very productive episode for Ruth! I don’t care what happens to Mary or Wendy anymore, whether they go to jail for the rest of their lives or if they end up dying at the end of the series. Wendy has no heart, no soul, she’s a compulsive liar and will do anything to get what she wants. Marty may be more laid back and quiet and doesn’t put a hit out on anyone’s life, but he is no better than Wendy because he sits by and never stops her. He lets her get away with whatever she wants even if it means ruing a person’s life or a whole family/company. One is just as bad as the other; Wendy is just more outspoken about it. Her and that fake smile and all the lies that come out of her mouth. I can’t stand either one of them, but as for the kids (Charlotte and Jonah), they NEVER ASKED FOR ANY OF THIS OR FOR THIS KIND OF LIFE! So, I hope they grab a huge amount of cash, get some fake ID’s and change their identities and get as far away from their parents and the Ozarks as they can. As far as Ruth, it would be the most amazing ending if she ends up getting away from everyone with a huge amount of cash and starts her life over with a fresh start on some tropical island. That is what I hope happens in the series at least. But, brace yourself because this was one hell of an episode!
